Terms of service
These terms describe the agreement between you and Otium when you use the platform. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

The service
Otium provides software that helps creators research an idea, build a storefront, prepare marketing material, communicate with customers, and deliver digital products. Features change as the service evolves. We will not represent a generated draft as a guarantee of sales, reach, approval, or business results.
You are responsible for reviewing work before publishing it or sending it to other people. You remain responsible for your offers, prices, claims, taxes, customer commitments, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
Your account and content
Keep your login details secure and give us accurate account information. You own the content you provide and the finished materials you are entitled to use. You give Otium the limited permissions needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.
Do not use Otium to break the law, impersonate another person, infringe rights, distribute malware, send unwanted messages, or access another account or customer's data. We may suspend access where needed to protect users or the service.
Payments and connected services
Subscription and credit charges are shown before checkout. Creator storefront payments are processed through the creator's connected Stripe account. Stripe, Meta, email, storage, and AI connections are subject to their own terms and policies as well as these terms.
You authorize Otium to perform only the provider actions you connect and approve. You can disconnect a provider at any time; actions that already happened on that provider cannot always be undone.
Availability, changes, and termination
We work to keep Otium available, but no online service is free from outages or maintenance. We may change or discontinue features. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account for material breach, fraud, abuse, or a security risk.
